I have to agree with this guys. The point is quite true and if not...obvious. It's just incredible to see you have balls to be selling some kind of benefits for a game if you can't even run it the right way. If you guys are looking for customers, you have to offer a good-running and trustworth server because the thing most of the people playing Tibia hate is loosing their work. Also resetting the game is FOR SURE not a good marketing strategy if you want to attract people to buy your "Vip Accounts".

If all things said above aren't fixed, its just a matter of time and all you efforts in running this server will be gone because nobody is gonna play a server to come 3 weeks later and see his lvl 150 in which he spent like 2 months is gone.

Nothing personal just trying to maybe make you think more serious about fixing this issues because it's no doubt a BIG problem.
